Automatic Dosage Equipment Weighing Concrete Batching Machines

Working principle

Before working, feed each storage hopper with materials by loader. According to the instruction of batching controller , input formula to the batching controller (materials needless must be set at zero). Then press batching button and the machine starts to work.

Weighing Batching Machine Here is the working process:

Firstly, the belt for materialⅠstarts to work and conveys materialⅠto weighing hopper. When weight of materialⅠin the weighing hopper reaches setting number, the belt will stop automatically.

Next, belt for material Ⅱruns automatically. And similarly when the weight of material in weighing hopper reaches the sum setting of materialⅠandⅡ, the belt for materialⅡwill stop and the belt for material Ⅲ starts to work... Such and such, when all materials are distributed well, the machine would turn into the waiting condition.

Then, press discharge button and the belt of discharge will work to discharge the proportioned mixture into mixer hopper.

After discharge, the belt for discharge stops and the machine begins to enter the second batching flow. Then wait for discharge when the second flow overs, so on and so forth .
