So when using stabilised soil mixing plant construction, safety construction problems should be enough to draw attention. Then in the formal construction process there are six construction details need our attention.
1, non-stabilised soil mixing plant professionals are prohibited from operating and maintaining the equipment. Operators should do their duty and operate strictly according to the operating procedures. Problems immediately stop, prohibit equipment with disease work, prohibit the operator AWOL.
2, no one shall change the electrical device or control line without authorisation, and shall not change the setting value and specification of the electrical device without authorisation, and the control room of the stabilised soil mixing plant shall not be entered or exited by any non-staff member.
3, site power distribution and safety protection must be in line with the current national safety norms and standards for power supply. The electric equipment should be connected to zero or grounded strictly according to the regulations, in order to prevent electric shock accidents.
4.Stabilised soil mixing plant equipment in operation, it is strictly prohibited to enter the mixing tank! It is strictly prohibited for personnel to put their hands into the
Screw Conveyor! It is strictly prohibited to stand on the belt conveyor! To prevent accidents.
5, stabilised soil mixing plant equipment during operation, do not press the emergency stop button, such as the occurrence of accidents need emergency stop, must immediately press the emergency stop button, shutdown maintenance, must be disconnected from the main power supply, and have someone to guard, in order to prevent accidents.
6, in cleaning the mixing cylinder, must cut off the power supply, non-operators, can not enter the control room, in order to avoid safety accidents.
