It adopts JS2000 double horizontal shaft forced mixer, which is a forced and high-efficiency equipment, and can produce plastic and dry concrete, etc. It has high production efficiency, short mixing time and beautiful appearance, and is widely used in large and medium-sized building construction, road and bridge as well as precast plants producing concrete products, and it is an ideal equipment for producing commercial concrete. The expected productivity of this set of concrete mixing plant is 120m3/h, the power of mixing machine is 74KW, the nominal capacity of mixer is 2000L, the number of compartments of batching machine is 4 compartments, the batching capacity is 3200L, 3×100t, the capacity of powder silo is ±1%kg for cement weighing range and accuracy (0～1200)±1%kg, ±1%kg for admixture weighing range and accuracy (0～50)±1%kg, ±2% accuracy for discharging, and ±2% accuracy for aggregate weighing, and ±2% accuracy for discharging, and ±2% accuracy for discharging. Accuracy of weighing aggregates is ±2%, the height of discharge is 3.8 -4.5metres, and the total installed power is 179.5KW to meet the production requirements.
